BeTheChange │ The speed and urgency conundrum

why do we live such busy lives and why do we encourage urgency, is it truly worth it I ask myself? Society has been picking up speed over the centuries and particularly during the industrialization, technology and digitalisation age. Now we collectively start to see very clearly the problem arising with speed and urgency, we find ourselves drowining in stuff and things we have no use for, illusions that this speedy world has been creating for us.
The C19 virus epidemic (flue not pandemic by the way) has forced the world to slow down nearly to a standstill. So, what was all this speed and urgency previously for exactly? In my view it never did much for us, as we now see how little we actually need most of the things in life that we create.
One key reason for this urgency has to do with our society becoming hooked and needy due to the poor choices it has made over time. Now society and politics does everything in its power to try and maintain the illusion of a functioning society. One example in this modern day and age, is the world promoting and creating obsolete work. Everything just to avoid the looming large scale unemployment due to substraction and missmanagement of the economy (greed being the primary driver), something that has been a fact for 10-20 years if not longer.

So, as this game the governments are playing unfolds we can see that they have been trying in every way to either keep people in obsolete roles or creating roles or developing support schemes that are by nature redundant from the offset, solutioons that actually do not benefit anyone, very least the planet. Maintain these illusions of prosperity and people not bravely facing up to problems in society has led to society being crippled, not able to care for itself or its citizens.
Unfortunately this failure and fatigue is largely accepted by the human population on earth and people are giving plenty of opportunities to repeat the mistakes of the past, they are quick to forgive and forget, which is the reason for our stagnation.
'The lack of spine and inability to rise above self-righteousness is what keeps people in their insignificant bubbles built out of their own illusion of greatness, all whilst the world is watching and witnessing in pain how these individuals sacrilege their very being.'
We need more brains and awareness for things to shift
In my view speed and urgency needs to be replaced with brains and awareness, something I have been talking about for many years. We humans are innovative and can resolve most problems, but not when our greatest minds are kept in the shadows, blocked from surfacing due to the totalitarian systems around like democracy, which elect weak people with influence, rather than actual change makers.
It is nice to engage people yes, and it is important that people can participate, but people do not possess the competence to understand the difficult structures and processes associated with running society or the world. Choosing people to lead, who are not capable of leading is one of the biggest mistakes humanity has ever made and keeps repeating. This has resulted in modern society representing potentially one of the weakest and most chaotic forms of governance ever seen.

Awareness is shifting and it is about time
Powers must simply shift, we cannot allow mediocracy and greed shape our world any longer, it is a crime of nature. For too long have we allowed us to stay in low vibration, for thousands of years in mode without flow, in a state where there is no abundance, just an illusion of abundance. Humanity has great potential yes, but that potential must be claimed and harnessed, and just as with evolution, the spiritually weak will not be granted access to universal powers and knowledge.
'The time of real empowered organic leadership is upon us where those people will step up who unconditionally work towards the ultimate good of society and life, not for rewards, not for power, not for self-interest, not for status, but for the genuine commitment to protect the organic development and evolution of nature and life itself.'

Fear has a link to urgency you know, failure of not making it on time, to miss out, to end up regretting what could have been. These are all signs of low vibration, as in reality we have all the time in the world and things will always unfold regardless of our urgency. Doing less with more spirit and without stress always leads to abundance in the long run.
