Niklas Christides initially setup HICCS to serve as a business specialising in enabling agile operations, through state of the art solutions and coaching. Over time HICCS has become even more holistic and our team works on any aspects of constructive Future-Fit continuous development of business practices, as well as inspiring individual and team growth. Why Would You Choose HICCS?
Simple, we guarantee quality, and if our customers do not reach pre-agreed outcomes (measures and milestones must be officially agreed for this to apply) we compensate up to 50% of the work back to the customer. This rul applies to all larger project, improvement and design, work, but not for coaching. Furthermore we offer free basic solution & tech support to ensure all minor problems are resolved without additional charges.
