Ingredients │ Organic lemon balm, licorice, basil, tarragon, dill, chives, parsley, fenugreek, celery leaf, ginger, sweet paprika, white peppercorn, himalayan salt

Food │ 1-2 teaspoon per 500ml sauce, allow to simmer and fuse for 15min. 3-4 teaspoon per 500ml of stock, allow to fuse for 6-24h, 5-7 teaspoons for 2-3 litre of stock. Add vegetables and fish, as well as fresh herbs for perfect stock and broth. Can be reduced by over half and then frozen into stock cubes.
