Our E-Therapy is designed to provide you with an alternative
to traditional psychiatric or other stress handling treatments, where you can
attend the session from the comfort of your own home through video. We focus on
things that trigger stress and create pressure in your life. We are also keen
to support people suffering from depression.
Our aim is to be a more effective, cheaper, and in every
respects, a better alternative to traditional therapy services and will work
hard to help our clients reduce the need to attend other therapy, as well as
reduce their dependency on medication.
When you book with us for the first time you will receive an
additional 20 min free of charge. Bookings need to be made over phone

pre-discuss the circumstances and expectations of our client and explain the
process. Your coach will send video link after coaching session timing has been
agreed.
