Zaatar spice, originating from the Middle East, has a fascinating centuries-old history and tradition behind it. Our Royal-Blend Zaatar spice itself is very balanced and tasty, but what makes it so popular is that it has been used as an ancient-old remedy to promote natural wellbeing and health. This is understandable because at the base of this spice we find oregano and thyme.

Zaatar is an excellent versatile spice for almost any food, but we personally believe that it shows its best sides in baking. After trying it, you will never get tired of this world class spice blend.

Food │ 1/2-1 teaspoon per 500ml sauce, allow to simmer and fuse for 15min
